Cache normally keeps a visible 20% commission on top of your rate. On a founding space's first booking we waive it for the first 2 weekly payments — the renter pays the same, and every penny of it lands with you. It's written into your contract, not a marketing line.

Founding spaces wear the badge for life. Renters browsing your street see who opened the neighbourhood — the badge travels with the listing, not the campaign.
Front of the approval queue
Every listing is reviewed by a human before it goes live. Founding submissions jump the queue, so your space is bookable in days, not weeks — ready when the first renters arrive.
Your rate, locked per booking
Cache sets the price from the zone rate card, so you never haggle. The moment a booking is requested, its rate is frozen for the whole term — the quote you list at today is the rate your first booking pays out.

Step 2
Submit before the countdown ends
Five minutes and a few photos. Submitting a space in N1, E8, EC2 while the campaign runs is what earns the founding flag — it's stamped on the listing there and then, for good.
Step 3
Go live, keep it all
We review founding listings first. When your first renter books, the first 2 weekly payments come to you in full — the waiver is printed in the contract both sides sign.
Bring your street with you
Once you're in, your dashboard has a personal invite link. When a neighbour you refer gets their first space approved, you both bank an extra commission-free week — applied automatically to your next booking, on top of the founding offer.
The commission waiver applies to the first 2 weekly billing periods of the first booking on each founding space; renter pricing is unchanged. Founding status is earned when a listing in N1, E8, EC2 is submitted for review before the campaign ends, and survives edits and resubmissions. Listings still go through the normal approval checks.
